Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (second class only) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). But please contact us before returning faulty or damaged items these may not neccessarily require returning.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order for delivery in mainland UK prices include postage and packing for your ease and convienience, outisde mainland UK delivery takes approximately 3-7 working days in Europe and the rest of the World using the standard delivery service by Royal Mail or 2-4 working days for most locations using the expedited courier service. But times vary depending on location, if you need to be sure please contact us for a more accurate delivery time.
Please note delivery costs may vary from those quoted if a parcel is heavier or larger than standard and we reserve the right to request a further postage payment or cancel the order if necesary.
Finally please be aware that we endeavour to dispatch all items in less than 2 days but during peak times (November and December) we cannot be held responsible for either Royal mail or our couriers exctended delivery times. During these times both us and our carriers work hard to get items to you in a timely manner and sometimes this is simply not acheivable.
